Do the best you can with what you have

Feb 6, 2023

You’ll be successful if you faithfully do the best you can with what you have

As a leader you’re always under pressure.

  • Meeting the budget
  • Keeping your ministry going forward
  • Looking after your team
  • Meeting Board and legal requirements
  • Growing your ministry

And then there is you own Spiritual and family life.

The Good News is:

  1. God is with you!
  2. God has appointed you!
  3. God has placed you here!

All that He requires is for you to keep your eyes on Him. Then simply do the best you can with what He has given you.

And you are not alone.

Your team are one of your greatest assets.  So make sure you are ‘Vision Casting” often.

Vision Casting is all about making sure everyone is pulling in the same direction. That everyone shares a common Vision for your ministry.

It doesn’t have to be a BIG thing, but take every opportunity to share the “why” of what your ministry is about.

Because ‘failing to plan = planning to fail’. Make sure you write it in your calendar so that your Vision Casting actually happens as often as you think it should.
