During the course of our life, we encounter stress. Some in high levels, and some in low. Emails, global linking, social media… it seems that over-night everything has impacted our modern life, creating overwhelming deadlines, frustrations, and demands.
How can we be conquering stress in our lives?
In 2008, Australian Heathcare company Medibank Private released their research results into “STRESS”. Without the ‘per year’ hidden costs of re-staffing and re-skilling where there is stress related leave or staff turn-over, the cost to the Australian economy was over $14 Billion per year.
While there are many experts with many options and definitions, there is one factor that many forget… The God Factor!
Philippians 4:3 says

PRAY
As Christians, we don’t learn to live with stress, but rather we learn to CONQUER stress. And the best way to do that is to spend time with God.
Get His perspective, angle or insight. The more we get to know God, the more we learn His ways. The more we know His ways, the more we begin to think like He thinks. And in that space… STRESS has no place to dwell.
