Here is a testimony from Lepani reflecting on God’s goodness and faithfulness in the past…
With Pentecost Sunday 2023 around the corner to be celebrated on 28 May, 2023, I wish to reflect on an event that took place on Pentecost Sunday here in the Solomon Islands two years ago.
Two years ago, combined youths from inter-denominations marched through the capital city of Solomon Islands, Honiara right to the Parliament House, interceding on behalf of the nation of Solomon Islands and also for the Nation of Israel.
It was so encouraging to know that even our young generation has a heart for Israel with the knowledge of the promise that those who bless Israel will be blessed and those who curse Israel will be cursed.
This generation made a bold declaration to stand with God’s people and the Nation of Israel and it is their heart and prayer for their nation, the Solomon Islands and its leaders to stand united with Israel as well.
We take this opportunity to wish the Jewish people and the Nation of Israel a Happy Shavuot as you celebrate this joyous and memorable occasion with your families and friends.
