第二天清早……耶稣就……祷告。(马可福音1:35)

原则六:让祷告成为你的日常习惯。祷告是最好的减压方式。耶稣以祷告开始祂的每一天,也通常在其中停下来祷告,并以祷告结束每一天。既然耶稣都要在繁忙中抽时间祷告,那你就更需如此!与上帝独处,可以给我们的生活减压。我们借着祷告与上帝交谈,把我们的想法告诉祂,通过读经让祂对我们说话。然后我们看看日程安排,评估我们的优先事项并等候祂的指示。如果拥有这种生活方式,医药行业就会破产,因为我们根本无需他们推销的镇静剂!很多问题的产生,源于我们无法安静,不知如何安静。上帝说:“要安静,要知道我是上帝。”(诗篇46:10)我们不能够深入认识上帝,原因之一是我们不能安静下来。我们太忙了,以致不能安静思考。有人说过:“这似乎是人类极具讽刺意味的习惯:人在迷路时,反而会加快速度。”下面这则故事讲述了二战时期,一名空军飞行员飞过太平洋的事件。他用无线电呼叫管制塔台,管制员询问他的位置,他回答:“我不知道,但我正在创造新纪录!”我们很多人都是这样,行色匆匆,却不知何去何从。我们需要像耶稣那样,早上以祷告开始每天的生活,其中再停下来祷告,并使我们在灵性上重新得力。
