“应力性骨折”

祂……给软弱的人力量。(以赛亚书40:29)

《体育画报》(Sports Illustrated)杂志报道:“应力性骨折,始于骨外层的微小裂缝,它们由不断运动后的冲击和压力所致。当那些裂缝大到足以引发剧痛时,它们被称为‘应力性骨折’。”如果你曾有过因压力导致思维分裂的经历,你就能够体会。它白天吞噬你,夜里使你辗转反侧。当你试图以酒精、毒品、外遇,暴食暴饮,或过激的生活方式来“治疗”时,只能愈演愈烈。你应该怎么做呢?一、改变你的关注点。“……到我这里来吧!我要赐给你们安息。……向我学习,这样你们的心灵必得享安息。”(马太福音11:28-29)“祂赐疲乏的人能力,给软弱的人力量。……仰望耶和华的人必重新得力。”(以赛亚书40:29-31)不要独自负荷重担,而要让那位背负我们重担的上帝一同分担,让祂赐你力量。二、放松心情!“喜乐的心乃是良药。”(箴言17:22)别小题大做!放轻松点,笑口常开,尤其是对自己笑!你还记得上次开怀大笑是在什么时候吗?接受自己的不完美,放手一些问题。不再试图成为神奇女侠或超人。出去找点乐趣;没错,你也需要乐趣!取消一些无关痛痒的会面。如果你想让局面得到改变,你必须改变它们。今天就和上帝聊聊,祂知道如何医治“应力性骨折”。
